2. Are there any exclusions or additional costs?
   • Additional costs will depend on the first consultation and during admission, if clinical complications arise, the hospital will treat and charge accordingly.
3. What is the total cost of the package?
   • Single TKR: RM 27,500 [Promo]
   • Single TKR: RM 28,888
   • Bilateral: RM 42,000
4. Are there payment plans or financing options available?
   • Patients will be connected to available financial services assistance providers.
   • No self-pay instalment plans are available.
   • Credit card instalment plans are available.
5. Is there flexibility to customise the package?
   • Package customisation is available with regards to implant models. Patients looking to opt for higher grade implants will have to bear the additional costs.
6. What happens if additional treatment or procedures are required?
   • Additional costs for additional treatment and complications will be charged separately
7. Can the package be used in conjunction with insurance?
   • Patients can pay and claim if all T&C of the packages are met. Necessary documents for claims submissions will be provided.
8. What are the qualifications and experience of the medical professionals involved?

9. What is the process for booking appointments and undergoing treatment?
   • Appointment to meet consultant via the website, phone call and WA. However, appointments for surgery will be based on the consultant’s availability.
10. What is the cancellation or refund policies?
    • If payment is made via credit card, refunds will be made within 3 days – only applicable to physical taps
    • Online transfer payment refunds will be made within 2 weeks
11. Can you share more about the Joint Navigator programme?

    Our Navigators are experienced nurses and also an extension of the patient’s surgeon, and are available to receive and respond to the patients, with an objective to keep them informed, address concerns, and support their recovery post-hospitalisation.

12. Can international patients be eligible for these packages?

    The TKR (Single & Bilateral) packages are only available for self-paying MyKAD holders in Malaysia.
